The patient is usually asked to take his top off for back tuina, if it's a lady, she will be asked to take her top off and wear a sports bra and gym shorts. You may receive a 10 minutes tuina if you got a one-hour combo package. Or you could pick a 30 minutes option or 60 minutes option.  People can't say enough good things about how relaxed and amazing they feel after they get up from the massage table.  Their backache is gone, the neck isn't stiff anymore, shoulders are looser and muscle aches are gone.
